INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please note once your item leaves the USA it is no longer able to be tracked.  Please allow up to 30 days for the item to be delivered. Priority Mail normally ships faster and is tracked easier.
RETURN SHIPPING
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. All exchanges and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee due to our high eBay fees. We do not refund for shipping in either direction unless we sent you the wrong item or we sent you a damaged item. If your item had "Free Shipping" your refund will be the total minus what it cost to ship the item to you plus the 20% restocking fee. Please email us within 30 days of receipt of item if there are any problems with your merchandise and we will try to work things out to everyone’s satisfaction. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. Items returned used or damaged including damaged or missing retail packing will be subject to a 40% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
