    Camp Cuba Libre Cover Envelope Dated 1898 - Scott #250.
    Originally known as Camp Springfield, this camp was renamed Camp Cuba Libre and changed from an overflow post to a primary post during the Spanish American War when Tampa became overcrowded.
    This camp was also the rallying point for Major General Fitzhugh Lee's Seventh Corps.
